She is a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. She combines solid industry know-how from the financial services, telecommunication and FMCG with fundamental consulting skills acquired at one of the leading consulting firms worldwide.

Werner has been involved in customer experience and change management projects for over 20 years. Using this experience and his academic background in various positions he has held, he has been able to lead, guide and influence individuals or teams in industries and organizations of various shapes and forms as a PMP-PMI and certified organizational coach.

In addition, his passion for enabling change became apparent when he took on a driving change management role in a large-scale global IT implementation project in 2009. In recent years, he has widened his interests to include agile ways of working, for which I hold 3 of the worldwide most recognized certifications (SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, Professional Scrum Master I and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner).
