Ad Fundum Consulting GmbH is a project management consulting company in Zurich, Switzerland and was founded in 2016. The company is managed by Astrid Gygax-Kluitenberg. We guide companies in day-to-day project implementation and consult them in embedding agile processes and methodologies throughout the organization.
Astrid is a freelance consultant, coach and project manager for (agile) project delivery. She has over 16 years of experience in business transformation and is a seasoned professional in agile working methods.
She is a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and a HERMES 2022 Advanced project manager. She combines solid industry know-how from the financial services, transportation, telecommunication and FMCG with fundamental consulting skills acquired at one of the leading consulting firms worldwide.
Astrid believes in quality, solution focus, efficiency, and collaboration as key drivers for business value in the era of digitalisation and disruption. She brings communicative skills, methodological, organisational and leadership competencies as well as a fundamental business understanding.
